memoQfest is coming stateside

memoQfest is coming stateside (medical translation)
After four successful and enjoyable conferences in Hungary, Kilgray will kick off 2013 with the first-ever memoQfest USA, to be held on January 31 and February 1, followed by a training session on February 2, in San Antonio, Texas.

Peter Reynolds sent an email invitation:
We have a full and interesting program for the conference. The Keynote presentations are Mike Dillinger, former president of the Association for Machine Translation in the Americas, who will discuss making MT work for you, and Gábor Ugray, head of development at Kilgray, who will discuss technology innovations coming from Kilgray for memoQ and other products.

Other highlights will include presentations from Emre Akkas of Globalme, Jose Palomares of OpenMints, Balázs Kis of Kilgray Translation Technologies, Rochelle Carlin of Chasse Consulting, Stefan Gentz of TRACOM, Bob Donaldson of Carson Strategy Group, and Tamara Kislak of Venga Corporation. memoQfest USA will be the first time we have introduced memoQ Huddles to the conference. Three of four of these small group sessions will be led by Kilgray founders and provide an intimate look at memoQ and other Kilgray software. The fourth will deal with Games localization and be led by Béatrice Compagnon.
Anyone who has been at a memoQfest before will know of the excellent social and networking opportunities. And everybody else - well, put on your cowboy boots, make your way to San Antonio, and find out!
